Ellipticals and Treadmills is site you might never run into because it doesn’t do very well in the search engine. The reason for that might be because it is an obvious affiliate of Amazon.com and search engines, like Google, don’t like thin affiliate websites, like this one.
By “thin” I mean this site does not have a whole lot to offer. Typically, you can expect to find between 5 and 20 treadmill models of each brand reviewed on a good treadmill review site. Ellipticals and Treadmill has, at the very most, 3 models from each brand. On most brands, however, only 1 or two treadmills are reviewed.
For example, they review two Proform treadmills; the Proform Trailrunner 4.0 and the Proform Power 995. On exceptional treadmill review sites like Treadmill Review Guru and Treadmill Doctor, you will get 10-20 Proform treadmills reviewed. Only two Proform treadmills, really? Come on. There are SO many Proform treadmills to review. How do you even choose just two?
Like I said, Ellipticals and Treadmills is a very thin affiliate site that doesn’t offer many reviews whatsoever. My guess is that they only review treadmills that are available for the Amazon affiliate program? Even then, I’m pretty sure more treadmills fall under that umbrella than they actually review.
On the affiliate note, this site is very bias. Any site that gives the Weslo Cadence treadmill more than 3 out of 5 stars is lying to you. Ellipticals and Treadmills gives it a 4 out of 5! Yikes. I would take every review on this site with a grain of salt.
On the other hand, the site is easy to navigate and easy on the eyes. It has a very nice, simple, design. I like it. It is much better than some of the poorly designed treadmill review sites like TreadmillReview.net.
If they added about 50+ more treadmill reviews, this would be a good site. They need to branch out of the Amazon.com affiliate restrictions and actually review treadmills. Treadmill review sites that only review treadmills that have the potential of benefitting themselves are not worth your time. For now, this site one of those sites. Not worth your time. If you want to learn about the differences between treadmills and ellipticals, there are plenty of other, much better, resources out there.
