Treadmill World has a pretty great selection of treadmills. This company or site has been in business since 2006, and they are apparently members of the BBB (Better Business Bureau), so I’m guessing their site is pretty trustworthy.

As far as the site’s treadmill reviews go; They are kind of boring. Of course, this is not enough to judge their overall reviews. It just seems that compared to most treadmill review sites, that this one is lacking in appeal. They do not even have a photo of the machine they are reviewing.

This site comes off a bit confusing when you are first looking at it. You have to be careful what exactly you’re reading. First off, the list of treadmill brands on the left side of the page are not the treadmill reviews. That list is for the treadmills that you wish to purchase from this site.

Some of the treadmill brands on that left side list are affiliate links. Treadmill World seems to be affiliates for these brands: AFG, Bowflex, FreeMotion, LifeSpan, LiveStrong, Nautilus, NordicTrack, Schwinn, and Smooth. The other brands on the left side are all the brands that you can buy directly from this website.

Okay, now that we’ve got that cleared up, let’s clear up where the actual treadmill reviews are. If you look at the navigation bar, you will see that the treadmill reviews have their own page, which looks even more confusing than the page you were just on. It seems that they have a brand description for each of the brands on that page, and then under the description there is a link that will take you to that brands treadmill reviews.

Despite the unappealing aspect of the treadmill reviews, they seem to be pretty unbiased and beneficial to the consumer. For example, they have treadmill reviews for ProForm (a brand which they are not affiliates for) that are unbiased, and somewhat positive, which is accurate considering the value of ProForm treadmills.

At the same time, Treadmill World’s treadmill reviews seem to lack in depth and description. They are very broad and basic. You can find most of the information they list directly from the manufacturer’s site. As I said before, too, it’d be nice to see some photos in the treadmill reviews, so they are not so boring to read through.

Overall, this is a mediocre treadmill review site. It has received a higher than average rating, because this site offers around 20 different treadmill brand reviews. They also have unbiased reviews. The only problem is their reviews are short, broad, and very boring. This site could do a few things to improve, but overall, it is a useful site for consumers.
